We have a clear four step plan for Ibiza Property Fund. It's that simple!

STEP 1

Acquisition and Renovation of Real Estate Project

We start with the acquisition and renovation of the real estate project, a process that takes 6 months. Your return is calculated right from the date of purchase and is included in the 6 month renovation period.

STEP 2

Rental of the Property

We rent out the property for 36 months. This enables us to already pay you a 5.5% monthly return.

STEP 3

Sale with appreciation in value

After 3 years, the property is sold with a minimum appreciation in value of 7%. For reference, the average annual return on property in Ibiza is at least 5%, so an additional 2% is certainly achievable.

STEP 4

Payment through Notary

After 3 years, your initial investment plus the remaining 2% return will be paid to you through the notary. For this, you do need to authorise the notary to cancel your first charge so that the transaction can take place.
